Job Summary

We are seeking a talented Digital Marketing Assistant to support our marketing initiatives and contribute to the growth of our digital presence. The ideal candidate will be a recent graduate with a passion for digital marketing, a self-driven attitude, and proficiency in key digital marketing tools.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the Marketing Manager in developing and executing digital marketing strategies across various channels, including social media, internet, email, and more.
  • Support in crafting SEO-friendly content, including blog posts and social media updates, to enhance our online visibility.
  • Create visually engaging content for digital marketing campaigns using Canva, ensuring a consistent brand image.
  • Help manage and update the company website through WordPress, ensuring a seamless user experience.
  • Conduct social listening to monitor and engage with online communities and brand mentions on social media platforms.
  • Track and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns, suggesting improvements to optimize results.
  • Assist in maintaining email marketing campaigns, including building email lists, creating newsletters, and tracking engagement.
  • Perform market research and competitor analysis to support the development of marketing strategies.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure brand consistency across all digital touchpoints.
  • Maintain marketing data and performance metrics in Excel for analysis and reporting.
Requirements
  • Recent university graduate with a degree in Marketing or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience using Canva for content creation is preferred.
  • Familiarity with WordPress (or willingness to learn).
  • Good knowledge of SEO and digital marketing best practices.
  • Experience with Google Analytics, Google Ads, or other digital marketing tools.
  • Familiarity with email marketing platforms like Mailchimp or Constant Contact.
