Job Summary

We are looking for a recent graduate with a passion for digital marketing and a self-driven attitude to join our team as a Digital Marketing Assistant. This individual will assist the Marketing Manager in executing and optimizing digital marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the Marketing Manager in developing and implementing digital marketing campaigns across various channels.
  • Support in crafting SEO-friendly content, including blog posts and social media updates.
  • Create visually engaging content for digital marketing campaigns using Canva.
  • Help manage and update the company website through WordPress.
  • Conduct social listening to monitor and engage with online communities and brand mentions.
  • Track and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns and suggest improvements.
  • Assist in maintaining email marketing campaigns.
  • Perform market research and competitor analysis to support the development of marketing strategies.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure brand consistency across all digital touchpoints.
  • Maintain marketing data and performance metrics in Excel for analysis and reporting.
Requirements
  • Recent university graduate with a degree in Marketing or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience using Canva for content creation preferred.
  • Familiarity with WordPress (or willingness to learn).
  • Good knowledge of SEO and digital marketing best practices.
  • Experience with Google Analytics, Google Ads, or other digital marketing tools.
  • Familiarity with email marketing platforms like Mailchimp or Constant Contact.
