About the Role

We are seeking a skilled DC Implementation Manager to join our team for a 12-month contract. This role will provide comprehensive support to the Client Implementation Team, Client Relationship Teams, and clients by utilizing effective project management methodologies, organization, and communication strategies.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Produce clear documentation demonstrating project management processes, taking the lead on this for designated clients.
  • Support and manage workstreams within the business transfer process, assisting clients in moving assets into LGIM, including all DC workplace products as needed.
  • Collaborate closely with other DC Pensions Distribution team members to maximize new business opportunities.
  • Ensure effective communication with all project stakeholders – both internal and external.
  • Conduct Post Implementation Reviews with clients, gathering feedback and ensuring its appropriate dissemination.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of LGIM's DC Pensions proposition and processes.

Who We Are Looking For:

  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate information clearly and concisely.
  • Experience in pensions is desirable but not essential.
  • A confident individual who is proactive, a team player, and capable of building strong working relationships.
  • Highly organized with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Experience and knowledge of workplace pension products are advantageous.
