About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Pension Specialist to join our team at Alexander Lloyd. As a key member of our In-House Pensions team, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and managing our DC Governance measures across our DC Pension arrangements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee and manage DC Governance measures across our DC Pension arrangements.
  • Develop and implement strategies to ensure compliance with statutory requirements.
  • Maintain key Trustee policies and procedures.
  • Provide high-quality Pension scheme management and Trustee services to our Boards.
  • Assess and communicate the impact of legislative and regulatory changes on our DC arrangements.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Strong knowledge of DC Pension schemes and governance.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively.
