New Car Sales Manager

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven New Car Sales Manager to join our team at Renault Retail Group. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing the new retail sales process, leading a team of sales executives, and achieving targets on sales, customer satisfaction, and profit.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of the new car sales process, including budgeting, company standards, and manufacturer targets.
- Lead and develop a team of sales executives, including a senior sales executive, an Alpine specialist, and sales drivers.
- Oversee departmental F&I, add-on sales, and customer-facing processes.
- Achieve targets on sales, customer satisfaction, and profit.
- Manage showroom presentation, display, and local marketing.
Requirements:
- Employed as a Motor Retail Sales Manager within their current organization, ideally with a focus on new car sales.
- A proven track record of exceeding targets, with a minimum of 900 units per annum.
- Eligibility to work in the UK and hold a full valid UK driving license.
What We Offer:
- A basic salary of circa £45,900 per annum.
- A bonus scheme with an OTE of £75,000 per annum.
