About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Negotiation Lead to join our team at Everpool. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the daily operations of residential sales, including team meetings and performance management.
  • Ensure adherence to company standards and current legislation, maintaining a high level of professionalism and integrity.
  • Identify and secure potential buyers and sellers, maximizing quality viewings, valuations, instructions, and financial services appointments.
  • Conduct canvassing and accompany viewings to showcase properties and build relationships with clients.
  • Manage withdrawals through negotiation and maintain client expectations, ensuring a smooth sales process.
  • Manage sales progression, communicating regularly with solicitors, buyers, and sellers to ensure timely completions.
  • Secure offers and maximize value streams, analyzing market and business data to inform vendor reports.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 2-3 years experience at a senior negotiation level, with a proven track record of sales success.
  • Driving license and strong knowledge of relevant legislation affecting residential sales and lettings.
  • Proven experience in sales progression and valuations, with a customer-focused approach and competitive drive to succeed.
