Senior Sales Negotiator

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Sales Negotiator to join our team at Everpool Recruitment. As a Senior Sales Negotiator, you will play a crucial role in managing all aspects of sales, including property sales, valuations, financial service appointments, sign-ups, conveyancing quotes, and instructions.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee the daily operations of residential sales and conduct team meetings
- Ensure adherence to company standards and current legislation
- Identify potential buyers and sellers, secure maximum quality viewings, valuations, instructions, and financial services appointments
- Conduct canvassing and accompany viewings
- Manage withdrawals through negotiation and manage client expectations
- Manage sales progression and communicate regularly with solicitors, buyers, and sellers
- Secure offers and maximize value streams
- Conduct property valuations and prepare pre-valuation information
- Analyze market and business data to prepare vendor reports
- Minimum of 2-3 years experience at a senior negotiation level
- Driving license
- Strong knowledge of relevant legislation affecting residential sales and lettings
- Proven experience in sales progression and valuations
- Ambitious, hard-working, and target-driven individual with the ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
