About The Role

We are seeking a dedicated Empowerment and Education Coach to join our team at The Growth Company. This is a unique opportunity to empower individuals and groups to achieve their full potential within our Creating Future Opportunities (CFO) Evolution Programme.

The estimated salary for this role is £22,000 - £27,000 per annum, depending on experience. As an Empowerment and Education Coach, you will be responsible for delivering empowerment and education support to participants, including identifying individual learning needs and creating action plans, planning training and other interventions, and developing interaction with participants to establish a supportive relationship.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver high-quality empowerment and education programs to meet the needs of participants.
  • Provide guidance and support to help participants overcome barriers and achieve positive outcomes.
  • Work collaboratively with other teams to ensure a holistic approach to supporting participants.
  • Develop and maintain accurate records of participant progress and activities.
  • Contribute to the development of new initiatives and strategies to improve participant outcomes.

About You:

  • Experience of working with offenders or vulnerable adults in a training, guidance, or advice setting.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work in a target-driven environment, with a focus on achieving positive outcomes for participants.
  • Knowledge of desistance theory and its application in practice.
