About the Job
Elsdon Group is looking for a highly skilled Construction Schedule Manager to join our team. As a Construction Schedule Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the preparation and maintenance of project schedules, monitoring progress, and reporting on schedule performance metrics. You will collaborate closely with various teams to manage resources and track performance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage project schedules using Primavera P6.
  • Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure project execution aligns with schedules.
  • Monitor progress and identify deviations from planned schedules.
  • Presents progress reports to stakeholders.
  • Evaluates subcontractor progress payments and verifies accuracy.
  • Reports on schedule performance metrics and project status.
  • Works with project management to plan personnel needs.
  • Supports change management and assists with delay analysis.
  • Analyzes project data and communicates findings to stakeholders.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in project planning in the contracting sector.
  • Strong understanding of the project lifecycle (design, procurement, construction, commissioning).

The estimated salary for this position is $100,000 - $140,000 per year, depending on experience.
