About the Role:

We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join our Reablement Team as Community Reablement Assistants. As a Community Reablement Assistant, you will work with service users to regain independence and confidence in managing daily tasks, such as washing, dressing, and continence needs.

You will provide practical hands-on support, verbal guidance, and encouragement to help service users become confident in managing these tasks independently. Our team provides a supportive induction programme, continuous training, and development opportunities for career progression.

We are looking for individuals with a caring personality and attitude, who are passionate about making a difference in the lives of our service users. If you are a team player, with excellent communication skills, and a commitment to delivering high-quality care, we would like to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work with service users to regain independence and confidence in managing daily tasks
  • Provide practical hands-on support, verbal guidance, and encouragement
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with service users, families, and other professionals
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of individualised care plans
  • Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge
Requirements:

We require a current driver's licence and access to a reliable vehicle on a regular basis. You will be required to work evenings, public holidays, and weekends as part of your normal working hours. A full COVID-19 vaccination status is no longer required, but being fully vaccinated is strongly encouraged.
