About the Role:

We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join our Reablement Team as Community Reablement Assistants. As a Community Reablement Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals who have experienced a major setback in life to regain their independence and confidence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work with service users to regain independence with daily tasks, such as washing, dressing, and managing continence needs.
  • Provide practical hands-on support and verbal guidance to help service users regain confidence and independence.
  • Travel to various locations within Hampshire to provide support to service users.
  • Work a shift pattern, including evenings and weekends, as part of your normal working hours.

Requirements:

  • Current driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work as part of a team and provide support to colleagues.
