Before and After School Care Manager

We are seeking an experienced and passionate individual to join our team as a Before and After School Care Manager. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading a team of educators and developing and implementing programs that meet the needs of children aged 5-12 years.
The successful candidate will have excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to foster healthy relationships with children, parents, and the school community. You will also be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the service, including compliance and administration.
A competitive salary of $65,000 - $80,000 per year, plus benefits such as a $1,000 commencement bonus and a $1,000 loyalty bonus at 12 months, makes this a great opportunity for someone looking to advance their career in education and childcare.
