Your primary responsibility will be to lead a team of carers and ensure that our clients receive the best possible care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of carers and ensure that they are properly trained and equipped to provide high-quality care.
- Develop and implement care plans that meet the individual needs of our clients.
- Monitor and evaluate the quality of care provided and make recommendations for improvement.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure that our clients receive comprehensive care.
Requirements:
- Extensive experience in complex homecare, with a strong understanding of client care needs and planning.
- Knowledge of health and safety, regulations and emergency procedures.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work closely with the carer team, Clinical Manager and other stakeholders.
- Good organisational skills and a focus on maintaining high-quality care standards.
