Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Residential Support Worker to join our team. As a Residential Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing personalized support to our service users, promoting their independence, and enhancing their overall well-being.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead by Example: Take point on shift and demonstrate exceptional leadership skills, setting a positive tone for the team.
  • Delegation and Training: Delegate tasks fairly among staff, provide training and guidance to new team members, and ensure a smooth transition into their roles.
  • Reporting and Administration: Ensure daily reports, health and safety checks, and care plans are completed and up to date, maintaining accurate records and contributing to a safe and healthy environment.
  • Support and Supervision: Assist with supervisions and appraisals, providing constructive feedback and supporting the development of our service users.
  • On-Call Rota: Participate in the on-call rota and respond to out-of-hours calls when required, demonstrating a commitment to providing 24/7 support.
