Residential Care Team Lead

Holistic Support Services is seeking a dedicated and experienced Residential Care Team Lead to join our team in Southport.

As a key member of our Ofsted registered Solo service, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care and support to children and young people within our residential setting.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide effective leadership and guidance to the team, fostering a positive and supportive work environment.
  • Ensure the smooth running of daily operations, including staff scheduling, task delegation, and adherence to care plans.
  • Mentor and train new staff members, sharing your expertise and promoting professional development.
  • Participate in on-call rotations and respond promptly to out-of-hours inquiries, ensuring the safety and well-being of the children at all times.
  • Maintain accurate records, including daily reports, health and safety checks, and care plan updates.
  • Collaborate closely with the Deputy Manager and other team members to deliver holistic and individualized support to each child.
Qualifications and Experience:

The ideal candidate will possess a Level 3 Diploma in Children's Residential Care and have demonstrable experience working within a similar setting. A driving license is advantageous but not essential.
