Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Residential Support Worker to join our team. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional care and support to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead by Example: Take point on shift and demonstrate a positive attitude, setting a good example for your colleagues.
  • Delegation and Training: Delegate tasks fairly amongst staff and provide training and support to new members of the team.
  • Reporting and Administration: Ensure daily reports, health and safety checks, and care plans are completed and up to date.
  • Support and Supervision: Assist with supervisions and appraisals, ensuring residents receive the support they need to thrive.
  • On-Call Rota: Participate in the on-call rota and respond to out-of-hours calls when required.
