Job Overview

We are currently looking for a talented Facilities Manager Coordinator to join our team at CV Library. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in overseeing and coordinating the workload of our Maintenance department. This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated and experienced professional to take their career to the next level.

About the Role
  • You will be responsible for identifying, developing, and implementing processes to support the Maintenance team in working efficiently.
  • You will manage relationships with key suppliers, including end-of-tenancy cleaning, furniture, and white goods suppliers.
  • You will oversee maintenance resources across both apartments and landlord areas to ensure all building maintenance needs are met.
  • You will collaborate with the Facilities Management department to engage specialised labour and resources when necessary.

Requirements
  1. You will need a strong background in Building Services roles and possess technical and hands-on expertise.
  2. You will be highly strategic, with a solid track record in the Maintenance field.
  3. You will have excellent customer service abilities, be well-presented, and emotionally intelligent.

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of up to £60,000 per annum, Monday - Friday 8am - 4:30pm or 9am - 05:30pm, 25 days holiday, pension package, perks package, and great opportunities for career progression.
