Job Description:
As an Estates Manager at our client, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the Maintenance department. Your primary responsibility will be to manage the day-to-day activities of the team, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

You will work closely with the Facilities Management department to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to enhance the overall performance of the department.

Key Skills and Qualifications:
  • Excellent experience with CAFM systems
  • Strong technical understanding of M&E and Hard services
  • Strong leadership ability
  • Ability to manage relationships with key suppliers
  • Experience in property management
