Job Description

Due to significant growth and business opportunities, we are currently recruiting a Senior Risk Management Professional to join our Real Estate division in this strategic role.

  1. extbf{Risk Management Leadership}:
  • Plan, design, and implement Enterprise, construction, and real estate-focused risk management processes tailored to client needs and aligned with best practices.
extbf{Risk Embedment:}
  • Actively articulate and embed the benefits of risk management in corporate culture.
extbf{Risk Activities:}
  • Lead risk (threats and opportunities) activities to actively manage risk and seek efficiencies across client projects and programs.
extbf{Client Collaboration:}
  • Facilitate risk workshops with clients and team members of allocated projects.
extbf{Risk Assessment and Mitigation:}
  • Conduct quantitative risk assessments (cost and schedule) to inform project contingency levels, accountability, and drive mitigation.
extbf{Training and Development:}
  • Mentor and train other team members in QSRA (Quantitative Schedule Risk Analysis) and QCRA.
extbf{Process Training:}
  • Train clients and the internal organization on risk management processes and practices.
extbf{Reporting:}
  • Produce risk reports as required, in a timely manner, to support effective communication of threat & opportunity status.
extbf{Contingency Planning:}
  • Drive the need and implementation of mitigation actions against associated risks across projects and programs.
extbf{Risk Contingency:}
  • Develop and drive efficient risk contingency processes that are suitable with the client's needs and requirements.
extbf{Risk Visibility:}
  • Maintain visibility of threat/opportunity trigger points to facilitate risk cost profiling, timely drawdown of risk budget or retirement of risks.
extbf{Requirements}

We require experience of working on Real Estate or Infrastructure projects. Preferably with a track record of working on Data Centres, Life Sciences, Pharma, R&D facilities, Industrial, Manufacturing, Distribution & Logistics projects. Must be a subject matter expert with a good theoretical foundation of Enterprise Risk Management and construction. Risk management and/or project management from recognized bodies such as IRM (Institute of Risk Management), MSP (Managing Successful Programmes).

The estimated salary for this role is £80,000 - £100,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
