Job Overview

We are seeking a Programme Development and Delivery Lead to join our team at Humber Recruitment. As a key member of our organisation, you will be responsible for developing and delivering programmes, partnerships, and contracts that support sustainable growth and development in the Humber region.

Your primary focus will be on ensuring the effective delivery of projects, building and maintaining strong relationships with external partners, and driving business growth through strategic partnerships.

The ideal candidate will have excellent project management skills, experience in contract management, and a deep understanding of programme and project management principles.

You will also be expected to represent the Humber and its initiatives, promoting them as an ambassador to stakeholders and supporting Government policy objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and deliver programmes, partnerships, and contracts to support the Humber's sustainable growth and development
  • Ensure the effective delivery of projects, monitoring and evaluating performance regularly
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with external partners, sector sub-group leads, and other stakeholders
  • Represent the Humber and its initiatives, promoting them as an ambassador to stakeholders and supporting Government policy objectives

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Compensation and Benefits

The salary for this position is estimated to be around £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additionally, you will be entitled to a range of benefits, including a competitive pension scheme, life assurance, and access to ongoing training and development opportunities.
