Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Site Development Lead to join our team at Hilton Foods UK. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the development of new products and ensuring they meet our high standards.

As a key member of our site development team, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver focused products that meet agreed critical paths. Your role will involve liaising with Insight Managers, Creative Chefs, and commercial managers to establish product portfolios for each development season.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Liaising with Insight Managers, Creative Chefs, and commercial managers to establish product portfolios for each development season.
  • Serving as the senior contact for customer product developers, offering insight and a holistic approach to dealing with all matters.
  • Leading quarterly review meetings with retail partners.
  • Communicating NPD briefs from customers to the wider business, setting up and managing projects from ATP documents to feasibility documents.
  • Providing timely information to the Product Development and Innovation Director for retailer meetings and presentations.
  • Ensuring the development team has capacity and capability for project briefs, monitoring resource levels, and proactively ensuring succession planning opportunities are provided.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in NPD management, experience in presenting to and building strong relationships with retail product developers, and strong project management skills. You will also be numerate, analytical, and adept at Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Salary: £55,000 - £65,000 per annum depending on experience.
