Job Description

As an In-Store Commercial Manager at H&M Home, you will play a crucial role in creating an exceptional shopping experience for our customers. You will be responsible for planning and organizing daily store operations, working closely with the Store Manager and team. Your key areas of focus will include:

Key Responsibilities

  • Delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive customer experience.
  • Maximizing profitability and sales through effective visual merchandising and store operations.
  • Developing and implementing inspiring visual presentations and interior styling concepts.
  • Leading by example and promoting H&M Group values, H&M Home brand DNA, and Global leadership expectations.
