As a key member of the PayPoint Group team, you will be responsible for delivering sales volumes, revenue growth, and installation & training across the range of PayPoint products within the Leicester and Coventry areas.
Key Responsibilities:
- To provide exceptional customer service and support to new retailers in the convenience sector, ensuring a seamless installation and training experience.
- To proactively sell PayPoint products into existing businesses within the defined territory, leveraging your knowledge of the market and customer needs.
- To effectively plan and prioritize calls, utilizing CRM to maximize sales opportunities and meet business objectives.
- To develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of PayPoint products, including EPOS, to provide expert advice and support to customers.
- To maintain high standards of work, completion of PayPoint contracts, and capturing of ID, ensuring compliance with PayPoint policies and procedures.
- To embody the professionalism and values of the PayPoint Retail Services Field Team, reflecting positively on the company.
- To be self-motivated and proactive in driving sales growth and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Must hold a full valid driving licence.
