Sales and Account Manager for Personal Care Brand

As a seasoned Sales and Account Manager, you will build and manage relationships with UK grocery retail partners, spearheading our launch into Germany. You will develop tailored strategies to maximise in-store visibility and online presence. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will deliver sales growth and meet ambitious targets.
In this role, you will stay ahead of market trends to identify new opportunities. You will negotiate and secure new business opportunities and manage the sales and profitability of assigned accounts. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will ensure timely and accurate delivery of products. Finally, you will prepare and present sales reports to senior management.
About You
We are looking for an experienced sales professional with a proven track record of driving growth. You should be fluent in German (essential) and have experience in FMCG or personal care sectors. Proficient in P&L management is a must. Additionally, you should have experience with JBP's, be collaborative, entrepreneurial, and highly organised with strong communication skills.
