- Provide expert neonatal care to infants from 32/40 weeks gestation
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Contribute to unit-based quality improvement initiatives
- Participate in training and education programs to enhance skills and knowledge
Salary and Benefits:
A highly competitive salary package, including a range of £43,954 to £59,343, plus additional benefits such as an annual bonus, higher unsocial hours enhancements, and a £3,000 bonus upon completion of service milestones.
