**Job Overview**

As a member of our multidisciplinary team, you will work closely with healthcare professionals to develop and implement effective care pathways that meet the unique needs of each individual. Your expertise will be invaluable in expanding our services to address swallowing difficulties, and you will have the opportunity to contribute to research, audit, and service development initiatives.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Manage a clinical caseload of adults with speech, language, communication, and/or swallowing difficulties.
  • Provide specialist services in acute hospitals, rehabilitation centers, continuing care facilities, and community environments.
  • Supervise junior staff members and contribute to their professional development.
  • Participate in research, audit, and service development initiatives to improve patient outcomes.

**Requirements:**

  • Master's degree or higher in Speech and Language Therapy or a related field.
  • Registration with the Royal College of Speech and Language Therapists (RCSLT) as a registered practitioner.
  • Experience working with adults with complex communication and swallowing needs.
  • Strong clinical skills, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning.
