Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Community Mental Health Nurse to lead our Recovery & Rehabilitation team as a Band 7 Manager in Guernsey, Channel Islands. As a seasoned clinician, you will provide clinical leadership and line management to mental health practitioners while working with service users with acute and complex needs.

The team is comprised of Psychiatrists, Psychologists, Social Workers, Occupational Therapists, Band 6 and Band 5 Mental Health Nurses, and Band 4 Support Workers. Together, they deliver intensive treatment and interventions for patients suffering from severe mental illness, reducing hospital admissions and lengths of stay.

The successful candidate will work within a multi-disciplinary specialist service providing treatments for individuals experiencing severe and enduring mental health problems. A competitive salary range of £52,932 to £69,605, plus an annual bonus of £1,605 and higher unsocial hours enhancements, is on offer.
