Adult Support Services Coordinator

Jarrodean Healthcare Recruitment Careers invites applications from dedicated and experienced professionals to fill the role of Adult Support Services Coordinator. This position is part of our Adult Learning Disabilities Services team on the island of Guernsey in the Channel Islands.
Our team supports people with learning disabilities and autism in various settings, including residential homes, short-break services, supported living, and outreach programs. We also have a purpose-built residential autism hub and Therapy and Enabling Day Service.
This role offers opportunities to work in different teams, depending on your skills and qualifications. The island of Guernsey operates under the AfC banding system, with custom salary scales.
The estimated annual salary for this position ranges from £27,950 to £30,926 (Band 3) or £31,966 to £37,967 (Band 4), with additional bonuses and unsocial hours enhancements. You will also receive 36-42 days of annual leave, with credits for NHS service.
Guernsey is known for its stunning beaches, pleasant climate, and charming harbor town in St. Peters Port.
