Salary: Up to £50,000 per annum + up to £4.5K bonuses.

Job Description: As a highly experienced leader, you will be responsible for transforming young lives by providing focused, individualised support and leading a small team in a solo placement home.

What We're Looking For:

  • Qualifications: Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Residential Childcare (or equivalent) or actively studying towards.
  • Experience: 5+ years in a residential children's home, preferably with complex EBD needs.
  • Skills: Strong leadership, a deep understanding of safeguarding and regulatory compliance, and the drive to create a meaningful impact.
