The Role:

  • As a Commercial Property Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting our property team to manage our nursery settings portfolio
  • You will be responsible for administering leases, managing rent reviews, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
  • You will also work closely with internal stakeholders to identify opportunities to add value, reduce costs, or increase flexibility through lease regearing and other initiatives
  • Additionally, you will assist with the preparation of business cases for capital investment and ensure alignment with company goals

Requirements:

  • Relevant first degree and/or professional qualification in property management or a related field
  • Experience in commercial property management, with a focus on lease administration and asset management
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to evaluate complex data and make informed decisions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners
