About the Job

As a Property Asset Manager at Bright Horizons UK, you will be responsible for managing the property and asset portfolio across circa 120-150 nursery settings.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with landlords and stakeholders.

You will work closely with operations and other functions to develop a comprehensive property strategy, ensuring each nursery operates securely with flexibility appropriate to its needs.

The ideal candidate will have relevant experience in property/asset/estate management, property acquisitions and development, and a good understanding of planning, party wall issues.

We are looking for a highly motivated and driven individual who can take ownership of projects and see them through to completion.
