Job Title: Asset Manager

Bright Horizons UK is seeking a skilled Asset Manager to join our team. As an Asset Manager, you will be responsible for the property and asset management of our nursery settings. This includes ensuring each setting can operate securely, reviewing lease terms, and mitigating costs across the portfolio.

Key responsibilities include providing day-to-day property management, working with the finance team to ensure timely rent payments, and building relationships with landlords. You will also be responsible for formulating asset strategies for each nursery, negotiating rent reviews, and managing dilapidations.

We offer a competitive salary of £47,000 - £55,000 per annum, plus car allowance, and a comprehensive benefits package. If you have experience in commercial property management, a strong understanding of leases, and excellent communication skills, we encourage you to apply.
