About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Insurance Risk Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our underwriting team, you will play a critical role in assessing and managing risk for our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assess customer applications to identify potential risks and develop personalized insurance plans that meet their needs.
  • Utilize expertise in risk assessment and management to make informed decisions about policy terms and conditions.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and timely issue resolution.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation to support business decisions and regulatory compliance.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and regulatory changes to ensure ongoing competence and expertise.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external partners and vendors to drive business growth and improve service delivery.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in insurance underwriting or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong knowledge of insurance products and regulations, with ability to stay current with industry developments.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
