Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our global market access team as a Director, Data Quality. This role requires strong leadership and collaboration skills, as well as expertise in scientific and medical writing. The ideal candidate will have a background in clinical, life sciences, or a related scientific discipline and a minimum of 10+ years of practical experience in a relevant market access or medical writing role within a consultancy setting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead projects for global deliverables, including global value dossiers, region-/country-level submission documents, targeted literature reviews, HTA decision reviews, payer objection handlers, abstracts, and posters.
  • Manage workload and contribute to on-time and on-budget delivery of projects while maintaining high quality standards.
  • Develop scientific and medical content that helps pharmaceutical, biotech, and device companies successfully commercialize innovative medical treatments and technologies in complex and cost-constrained global markets.
Requirements:
  • An advanced degree in clinical, life sciences, or a related scientific discipline is preferred.
  • A minimum of 10+ years of practical experience in a relevant market access or medical writing role within a consultancy setting.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Direct experience with presenting complex scientific literature.
  • Strong project management skills.
Salary and Benefits:

The estimated salary for this role is $150,000 - $200,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
