Job Title: Fire Protection SupervisorLocation: NationwideSalary: Competitive + Package

Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Fire Protection Supervisor to join our team at Howells Recruitment. As a key member of our construction business, you will be responsible for leading a team of operatives in delivering high-quality passive fire protection services to clients across the UK.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and direct operatives to ensure all agreed productivity levels are met.
  • Build strong relationships with clients and their designated partners.
  • Ensure all operatives work in accordance with company policy and procedures.
  • Conduct pre and post-inspections to ensure accurate work records.
  • Monitor and maintain the quality of works carried out.
  • Ensure compliance with all Health and Safety procedures.
