Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Supervisor to join our client's team in the role of Passive Fire Protection Specialist. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for overseeing the installation and compliance of passive fire protection systems across various construction projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve all pre-agreed Key Performance Indicator (KPI) targets through effective supervision of operatives.
- Monitor, organize, and direct operatives and subcontractors to ensure all agreed productivity levels are met.
- Build and maintain excellent working relationships with clients and their designated partners.
- Ensure all operatives work in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Carry out pre- and post-inspections as required to raise accurate work records.
- Verify the quality of works carried out.
- Ensure operatives comply with all Health and Safety procedures.
- Collaborate with the project management team to ensure seamless project delivery.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of best practices in passive fire protection.
Requirements:
- Proven experience working on passive fire protection projects.
- Successful track record of people management and service delivery.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of relevant industry standards and regulations.
- Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces.
- Valid Health and Safety certification.
