We are seeking an experienced Supervisor to join our team in Cambridge. As a Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of operatives in the delivery of passive fire protection services to clients across the country.
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve all pre-agreed KPI targets through effective supervision of operatives.
- Monitor, organise, and direct operatives and subcontractors to ensure productivity levels are met.
- Build strong relationships with clients and their designated partners.
- Ensure operatives work in accordance with company policy and procedures.
- Carry out pre and post-inspections to raise accurate works.
- Check quality of works carried out.
- Ensure operatives comply with Health and Safety procedures.
- Manage and monitor work in progress to ensure effective service delivery.
- Address poor performance promptly.
- Report any accidents to the Health and Safety Manager immediately.
Requirements:
- CSCS Card
- SSSTS
- DBS
- Asbestos Awareness
- FIRAS / FDIS / NVQ Qualification
- IT Literate with good knowledge of Microsoft packages
- Ability to understand client/contract requirements to maximise productivity and measure improvement
- Excellent written and oral presentation
- Good understanding of H&S legislation
- Experience of managing and improving internal and external customer relationships and conflict handling
