Supervisor - Passive Fire Protection

Our client, a leading passive fire protection specialist, is seeking a skilled Supervisor to join their team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for ensuring the effective supervision of operatives and subcontractors to achieve pre-agreed KPI targets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and direct operatives to ensure productivity levels are met.
  • Build strong relationships with clients and their designated partners.
  • Ensure operatives comply with company policies and procedures.
  • Carry out pre and post inspections to raise accurate works.
  • Check quality of works carried out.
  • Manage and monitor work in progress to ensure effective service delivery.
  • Address poor performance promptly.
  • Report accidents to the Health and Safety Manager immediately.
  • Conduct regular communication meetings with operatives and subcontractors.
Requirements:
  • CSCS Card
  • SSSTS
  • DBS
  • Asbestos Awareness
  • FIRAS / FDIS / NVQ Qualification
  • IT Literacy with good knowledge of Microsoft packages
  • Ability to understand client / contract requirements
  • Excellent written and oral presentation
  • Good understanding of H&S legislation
  • Experience of managing and improving customer relationships
