Our client, a leading passive fire protection specialist, is seeking a skilled Supervisor to join their team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for ensuring the effective supervision of operatives and subcontractors to achieve pre-agreed KPI targets.
Key Responsibilities:- Monitor and direct operatives to ensure productivity levels are met.
- Build strong relationships with clients and their designated partners.
- Ensure all operatives adhere to company policy and procedures.
- Conduct pre and post-inspections to ensure accurate work records.
- Verify the quality of works carried out.
- Ensure operatives comply with Health and Safety procedures.
- Manage and monitor work in progress to achieve effective service delivery.
- Address poor performance promptly.
- Report accidents to the Health and Safety Manager immediately.
- Conduct regular communication meetings with operatives and subcontractors.

- DBS
- Asbestos Awareness
- FIRAS / FDIS / NVQ Qualification
- IT Literacy with Microsoft packages
- Ability to understand client/contract requirements
- Excellent written and oral presentation
- Good understanding of H&S legislation
