  • Initiative Coordination: Coordinate CSR and D&I initiatives, working closely with colleagues to promote a positive and inclusive work environment.
  • International Liaison: Liaise with counterparts in different countries, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
  • Recruitment Support: Assist with Graduate Recruitment & Development, providing administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our recruitment processes.
  • HR Support: Provide administrative support to the HR team, ensuring the effective delivery of HR services to our employees.
  • Project Support: Support wider HR projects and initiatives as required, working closely with colleagues to achieve our goals.

Requirements:

  • HR Experience: Previous exposure to HR administration, with a minimum of 12 months' experience in a professional environment.
  • Administrative Skills: Strong administrative skills, with the ability to maintain accurate and up-to-date records and files.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to respond to HR queries in a timely and professional manner.
