HR Administrator Opportunity

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the HR team, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
  • Act as the first point of contact, resolving straightforward queries and directing more complex issues to the relevant team members.
  • Collaborate with other members of the team and organisation to achieve shared goals.
  • Support the planning and coordination of meetings and events.
  • Contribute to the implementation of HR initiatives and projects, driving business growth and improvement.
  • Accurately record and maintain data, ensuring compliance with organisational standards.

Requirements:

  • CIPD Level 3 (Desirable)
  • Strong IT skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
  • Excellent communication and written skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly.
  • Proven experience in supporting HR functions, with a strong understanding of HR principles and practices.
