HR Administrator Job Opportunity

Hoop Recruitment is proud to announce an exciting new role for an HR Administrator to join our client's dynamic team in Cardiff City Centre.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a caring and driven individual to develop their skills and knowledge across all areas of HR, including recruitment, onboarding, and HR systems.

You will play a key role in the day-to-day operations of the HR team, with the chance to take on more responsibility as you grow.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide general administrative support to the HR team.
  • Be the first point of contact, resolving straightforward queries or directing queries to the right person.
  • Work collaboratively with other members of the team and organisation.
  • Support the planning of meetings and events.
  • Support the HR team in implementing HR initiatives and projects.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date files.
  • Support recruitment and onboarding efforts.
Key Requirements:
  • CIPD Level 3 (Desirable)
  • Strong IT skills
  • Strong communication skills
  • Previous HR and recruitment experience
