HR Assistant Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Assistant to join our team at Brook Street NMR. As an HR Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the People Manager in implementing HR policies and procedures, maintaining employee records, and coordinating recruitment processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • HR Administration: Assist with day-to-day HR operations, maintain employee records, and update HR databases.
  • Recruitment Support: Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job ads, scheduling interviews, and supporting the recruitment team.
  • Employee Onboarding: Welcome new starters on their first day and coordinate their onboarding process.
  • Payroll and Time Processing: Assist with payroll and time processing, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Employee Inquiries: Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
  • Administrative Support: Manage diaries, schedule appointments, coordinate travel arrangements, and handle purchasing and expenses.
