Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced HR Coordinator to provide specialist case management guidance to People managers and colleagues, including advising on the interpretation and application of policies, procedures and legislation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analysing and assessing employee relations situations such as competence and capability, redeployment and redundancy including consultations, disciplinary cases and grievances.
  • Delivering an efficient and effective HR service with relevant qualifications.
  • Providing support to People managers and colleagues on HR-related matters.
