Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Residential Team Leader to join our team at Shaw Healthcare. As a key member of our care team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional care and support to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of care staff to deliver high-quality care and services to residents.
- Develop and implement care plans that meet the individual needs of residents.
- Conduct regular assessments and reviews to ensure the quality of care is maintained.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery.
- Provide guidance and support to care staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
- Previous experience working in residential care, preferably in a leadership role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with residents, families, and healthcare professionals.
- Ability to work flexibly, including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays.
- Knowledge of care standards and regulations, with a commitment to maintaining high standards of care.
- Ability to work as part of a team, with a focus on delivering exceptional care and services.
