About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Care Home Manager to lead our residential care home in Brecon, Wales. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of care and service delivery to our residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of multi-skilled professionals to deliver high-quality care and services
  • Develop and implement care plans to meet the needs of residents
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
  • Manage budgets and resources to optimize care home operations
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to achieve business objectives
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Care Home Manager or Deputy Manager
  • Registered Managers Award Level 4 or equivalent
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Ability to work flexibly and adapt to changing circumstances
  • Passion for delivering high-quality care and services
