About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Home Manager to lead our care home in Brecon, Wales. As a Home Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of care and service delivery to our residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of multi-skilled professionals to deliver high-quality care and services to residents
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
  • Develop and implement care plans to meet individual resident needs
  • Manage budgets and resources to ensure efficient operation of the care home
  • Collaborate with external partners to ensure seamless delivery of services
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Home Manager or Deputy Manager in a care home setting
  • Registered Managers Award Level 4 or equivalent qualification
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work flexibly and adapt to changing circumstances
