About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at Brynawel, a residential support service for adults with mental health needs.

As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing day-to-day support and care to our service users, enabling them to live fulfilling and independent lives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support and encourage service users to develop their personal skills and interests
  • Maintain and assist with healthcare needs, including accompanying service users to appointments and administering medication
  • Teach life skills such as budgeting, paying bills, and shopping
  • Assist with personal care and domestic tasks, including cleaning and cooking
