About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Emergency Lighting Engineer to join our team at Graham Asset Management. As part of the Maintenance Team, you will be responsible for maintaining Mechanical and Electrical Plant, and working as part of the Graham FM Mobile Engineering Team, responsible for completing weekly emergency lighting testing across the contract estate.

You will provide exceptional maintenance services to high-profile clients, with a focus on delivering to the highest quality standards in all areas of performance.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain Mechanical and Electrical Plant as part of the Maintenance Team
  • Complete weekly emergency lighting testing across the contract estate as part of the Graham FM Mobile Engineering Team
  • Provide exceptional maintenance services to high-profile clients
  • Use your own initiative to solve complicated technical problems associated with reactive maintenance activities

Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have experience in Emergency Lighting maintenance, preferably with electrical or fire systems qualifications, and demonstrate previous experience in a similar maintenance role.

A full Driver's License and IOSH - Working safely or CSCS Card are also essential criteria. Desirable criteria include experience in planned and preventative maintenance, particularly in relation to electrical services, and IT Skills in the use of PDA's.

Salary and Benefits:

The estimated salary range for this role is £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition, you will receive up to 33 days of paid annual leave, an excellent company pension plan, free life assurance providing 2 times your annual salary, and access to ongoing training and development opportunities.
