Boyd Bedding Ltd require a qualified and experienced HGV Mechanic/Plant Fitter (Heavy Diesel) to carry out electrical, mechanical and hydraulic repairs and maintenance to a variety of plant machinery, vehicles and other construction equipment.
- Attend machinery breakdowns at work sites and carry out repairs efficiently and to a high standard to ensure minimum machinery downtime.
- Diagnose faults on machinery and take corrective action to repair.
- Comply with Health & Safety regulations and act as a professional company representative whilst on site.

Essential criteria
- Qualified Plant Mechanic experience repairing and maintaining construction/plant equipment
- Excellent knowledge of mechanical, auto-electric and hydraulic systems
- Experience with diagnostics and fault finding on heavy diesel machinery
- Professional and pro-active approach to your workload with the ability to work in a team
- Valid driving license
